TRAVEL DAY - LAS VEGAS FREETIME
Today we travel to Las Vegas. We will transport you to your hotel and the rest of the day is yours.
Tuesday, June 1st
HOOVER DAM TOUR - LAS VEGAS SHOW
Today we venture to the colossal Hoover Dam, an engineering marvel where you’ll walk atop the curving Art Deco crest and descend into the cavernous power plant, witnessing turbines roar to life and learning how this 1930s titan harnesses the Colorado River to illuminate Las Vegas and beyond. In the evening, surrender to the neon heartbeat of the Strip with an authentic Vegas spectacular (details unveiled closer to departure), a whirlwind of sequins, acrobatics, and showmanship that defines Sin City’s legendary allure.
Wednesday, June 2nd
DEATH VALLEY NATIONAL PARK
Descend today to the lowest point in North America, Death Valley National Park, where sun-scorched salt flats stretch like cracked porcelain beneath furnace-hot skies, and surreal badlands rise in hues of ochre and rust, mirroring the moon’s desolate beauty. From the shimmering expanse of Badwater Basin, 282 feet below sea level, to the rippling dunes of Mesquite Flat and the pastel canyons of Artists Palette, this otherworldly crucible of extremes will leave you spellbound by Earth’s raw, unforgiving artistry.
Thursday June 3rd
PALM SPRINGS, CA
Today we glide south to sun-drenched Palm Springs, where the world’s largest rotating tramway lifts us 8,500 feet up the sheer cliffs of Mount San Jacinto, unveiling a breathtaking aerial tapestry: the Coachella Valley’s emerald golf courses, shimmering mid-century pools, and windmill forests unfurling beneath a sapphire sky, framed by the rugged embrace of the San Jacinto and Santa Rosa ranges.
Friday, June 4th
JOSHUA TREE NATIONAL PARK
Today we venture into the surreal expanse of Joshua Tree National Park, a high-desert wonderland where twisted, spiky-armed Joshua trees (Yucca brevifolia) stand sentinel across boulder-strewn plains, merging two distinct ecosystems: the Mojave’s whimsical silhouettes and the Colorado’s stark, sun-bleached badlands. Wander among monzogranite monoliths at Hidden Valley, marvel at the Cholla Cactus Garden’s golden spines, and watch the sun ignite Keys View in fiery hues before returning to the mid-century glamour of Palm Springs for a starlit evening.
Saturday, June 5th
SAN DIEGO, CA
Today we glide south to sun-kissed San Diego, where a guided tour unveils its vibrant waterfront crown: the historic Gaslamp Quarter’s Victorian charm, the USS Midway’s flight-deck grandeur, and Balboa Park’s Spanish-Renaissance gardens blooming beneath palms. Stroll the Embarcadero’s bustling harborside, dip toes into the golden sands of Coronado or La Jolla—famous for perpetual warmth and Pacific sparkle—or choose optional excursions: a harbor cruise with sea lions, or sunset kayaking through sea caves, all steeped in the city’s effortless coastal allure.
Sunday, June 6th
SAN DIEGO, CA - SAN DIEGO ZOO
If animals ignite your passion, prepare to be enchanted by the world-renowned San Diego Zoo, one of America’s largest and most celebrated wildlife sanctuaries, where lush habitats immerse you in the wonders of over 3,700 rare and exotic creatures from every corner of the globe. Stroll sky-high on the Skyfari aerial tram, marvel at giant pandas munching bamboo, watch polar bears plunge in crystalline pools, and wander the immersive Australian Outback or African savanna, each encounter a vivid, up-close celebration of nature’s diversity that will captivate every sense.
